A study conducted by Pearson and commissioned by ServiceNow has revealed that India will need to reskill and upskill 16.2 million workers in AI and automation. The study also predicts that AI will create 4.7 million new tech jobs and transform the employment landscape in the country. Additionally, the study highlights that the manufacturing sector will witness the biggest disruption, followed by agriculture, retail trade, transportation, and construction.
