Apple is rumored to be working on the iPhone 16 series, and reports suggest that Samsung is developing a new OLED material set for the display. The new material is expected to make the OLED panels more power-efficient by replacing blue fluorescent materials with blue phosphorescence ones. This technology may be reserved for Apple's M14 material set and could be applied to the iPhone 17 in 2025.
