YouTube has hiked prices for its premium subscribers in the United States of America for the first time. The subscription service was launched by the Google-owned company in 2018. According to a report by 9to5Google, the monthly subscription price has been increased from $11.99 to $13.99, and the annual subscription price has increased from $119.99 to $139.99. The price hike also applies to YouTube Music Premium, which now costs $10.99 per month. Meanwhile, the subscription charges are $18.99 for those subscribing from the iOS YouTube app.
