Infosys, the Indian IT giant, has announced that it will not be recruiting freshers from campuses for the time being. The company's Chief Financial Officer, Nilanjan Roy, stated that they have a significant number of freshers on the bench and are focusing on increasing their utilization. However, Roy clarified that the company will honor all previously made offers and onboard the candidates as projects become available. Infosys CEO, Salil Parekh, also mentioned that while the number of employees returning to the office is increasing, the company intends to maintain a flexible approach to work.
