Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest IT services company, has filed an 'Investigation Closure Report' in the bribe-for-jobs scandal that affected the company. The investigation found that 19 employees were involved, with 16 being separated from the company and three removed from the Resource Management function. Additionally, six vendor entities have been debarred from doing business with TCS. The company also plans to enhance its governance measures, including regular rotation of personnel and enhanced analytics on supplier management. TCS clarified that the issue involved a breach of the company's Code of Conduct and not fraud.
