Apple has partnered with non-profit organization Acumen to support social enterprises in India through the Energy for Livelihoods Accelerator. The accelerator has selected 15 entrepreneurs working in areas such as agriculture, e-mobility, and hydropower. These entrepreneurs will participate in a 12-week program to refine their businesses and develop scalable models that can improve livelihoods while protecting the environment. At the end of the program, they will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to stakeholders in the sustainable energy ecosystem.
