Intel has announced a range of technologies aimed at making artificial intelligence (AI) more accessible. Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger highlighted the role of AI in driving the "Siliconomy" and showcased efforts to integrate AI capabilities into hardware products. Recent MLPerf AI inference performance results further demonstrated Intel's commitment to covering all aspects of the AI continuum. Gelsinger also revealed plans to construct an AI supercomputer powered by Intel Xeon processors and Gaudi2 AI hardware accelerators. Additionally, Intel provided a glimpse into the next generation of Intel Xeon processors, promising performance improvements and faster memory consumption.
