Infosys is reportedly starting a new appraisal cycle soon, with the evaluation period being between October 2022 and September 2023. However, employees are still awaiting hikes for the previous performance cycle (October 2021 to September 2022). There is no clarity on whether the pending hikes will be included in the upcoming cycle. Infosys CFO Nilanjan Roy stated that rolling out annual hikes was under consideration. Infosys recently announced an average 80% quarterly variable pay for its employees for the first quarter-ended June. The company's revenue growth outlook for the fiscal year has been lowered due to spending cuts and delays in decision-making by clients.
