Twitter could be preparing to scrap the "block" feature following a tweet by Tesla CEO Elon Musk suggesting it was going to be "deleted as a feature" on the platform. Musk offered no official confirmation of the move, which he simply claimed "makes no sense". Users will still be able to employ the "mute" feature, which allows them to hide their posts from other accounts rather than cutting them off altogether. It remains unclear, however, when or why the move might take place.
