Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has filed an FIR against the senior officials of 4B Networks Pvt Ltd company, Rahul Yadav and Sanjay Saini, for cheating an advertising firm of over INR 10 crore. 4B Networks is a prop-tech company; the FIR has been filed under SECTIONS 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Interspace Communication Private Limited Director, Vikas Om Prakas Noval, lodged the complaint alleging that Yadav's company cheated them.
