Google has begun notifying users of its updated policy to remove accounts that are inactive for two years. The change comes into effect immediately and will apply to all Google accounts that have not been signed into or used within the last two years. Accounts that remain inactive will be scheduled for deletion on December 1, 2023 and any content within these accounts will be eligible for deletion as well.
